This is an exciting ministry opportunity for a talented individual to join our team at St James' Church in Brownhils, Walsall, and to make a real difference in the lives of young people in our community.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, leading and growing our youth ministry.
This role is crucial in supporting and encouraging young people to grow in Christ within our church family, as well as reaching out to those currently outside of our church community. Your goal will be to guide them, reliant on the Holy Spirit (with Jesus at the centre) towards a living relationship with God. You're to enable each young person to recognise their own dignity, worth and value in God, that they will be able to develop into empowered young Christians.
