FLOURISH Enabler (0.5 FTE)

As one of 12 Diocese Nationally, Lichfield Diocese is seeking to launch 3 pilot FLOURISH worshipping communities in the Autumn term. Through existing partnerships with the local Churches and Church of England schools, each location will engage with children, young people, and their families, developing worshipping communities that become younger and more diverse.

The FLOURISH Enabler will play a key role in each of the locations, supporting and developing a new Worshipping Community to enable children, young people and their families to grow in faith.

This new and exciting role brings the opportunity to work (0.5 FTE) in the locations of either Tibberton or Brown Edge. Applications will be considered for each location separately or as a combined full-time role across these two locations.

As well as the support of local church and school leaders, and diocesan officers, this role provides a unique opportunity to learn and be supported locally and nationally through learning community gatherings.

This role is initially a fixed term 2-year role, linked to the pilot funding for the FLOURISH network.
