Running successful small groups involves understanding your audience and their needs. We can sometimes make unconscious assumptions about who will be attending and what they need to fully participate and feel included.

Those unconscious assumptions can be around literacy, culture or ability and can create barriers without us realising. In this hour we will explore how we build opportunities to deepen discipleship which are truly accessible for all. Consider the small changes which can make a big difference. Ideal for anyone running a small group, there will be opportunity to share your successes, challenges and questions.
