Churchwardens are tasked with delivering to the PCC and, on behalf of the PCC, to the annual parochial church meeting, an Annual Fabric Report. This report is an important exercise and document in the reporting calendar. This session will support churchwardens' understanding of an Annual Fabric Report, how churchwardens can prepare one, and how they can use this tool to help inform their church's plans for the ongoing maintenance and repair of the building and property.
