Our bishops, archdeacons and diocesan officers have extended the offer to provide recorded sermons for January through to Palm Sunday now, to ease the burden on ministers beyond the time when many clergy take leave following the tiring period of Advent and Christmas, more so than ever this year.
As each sermon becomes available, it will be added here. The aims are to provide:
- a link to download the video (for incorporation into prerecorded online services)
- a YouTube link to stream the video (so it can be streamed live into online worship or a physically gathered service) and
- a transcript of the text (for parishes that distribute to non-online congregants),
It is intended to have each ready 8 days before the Sunday in question; it would be respectful not to distribute the sermon to congregations before the dated day.
