What do we mean when we talk about Human Resources Management in the Diocese?
It has a Two-fold purpose:
Firstly, to ensure that employees of the DBF have appropriate terms and conditions and to ensure that all office holders in the Diocese operating under Clergy Terms of Service have clear Statements of Particulars and can access guidelines that affect their role day to day. These can be summarised in these two documents:
Secondly we can provide parishes with advice and resources that build their confidence in that employment relationship.
